(Boston, MA—October 25th, 2022)

CrowdPlay was invited by the National Hockey League (NHL) to deliver a presentation at the 7th Annual League Ticketing Conference in Denver, Colorado on October 25th, 2022.

The purpose of the presentation was to educate clubs on loyalty and engagement and how CrowdPlay’s product leverages fan behavior to incentivize loyalty and member engagement – all year round.

“We were honored to get the invitation by the NHL,'' said Mike Cusano, Co-Founder & COO at CrowdPlay. “Understanding loyalty and how it affects retention and renewals is crucial for these teams.
